If you already have a copy of your credit report, bring this with you to the appointment. You can email or fax it if we will be meeting by telephone. If you do not know how to obtain your credit report, we can assist you with that, so please ask us.

In order to sign up for our services, we will need you to have the following documents:

Social Security card, W-2, pay stub with SS# or first page of your income tax returns for proof of your SS#.
Driver license, passport, military ID or any government issued ID for proof of Identity.
A utility bill, car insurance bill or bank statement or equivalent document for proof of residency.

The credit bureaus will be requesting these documents. We will make copies in our office.
