	Armando Sanchez, Founder & CEO Armando Sanchez has 10 years experience in the credit financial world. In 1998, he started as a finance manager at a merchandising firm. Then in 2001 he moved into the mortgage world. There he sharpened his proprietary pre-litigation credit restoration strategies. Other mortgage loan officers and real estate agents would refer to him the clients they could not help. It was a big mystery for a long time on how he was able to get these homebuyers a mortgage. Well the secret is out now. Armando gained much of his knowledge in credit restoration as he initially worked on his credit and later his clients to restore their credit in order to obtain a mortgage. He saw such a great need in empowering people with their credit scores and defending their rights, (especially in the wake of the changes to the mortgage and financing industries), that he chose to dedicate his service to restoring people's credit and using the best and most innovative practices and laws in order to achieve the highest results. With the release of his new book called "How To Beat Debt Collectors at Their Own Game" in the spring of 2009. In his book Armando shares his personal experience on taking on collection company and their attorneys' in 2 civil court trails and winning. Armando has been referred to as a raging bull in a china closet. In a recent interview he said, "I prefer pre-litigation strategies. 	Tony Lopez, Vice President of Sales Tony brings his 18 years of real estate sales and training experience to Empire Credit Restoration. In his mentoring program Tony has helped many real estate agents achieve their financial and sales goals. Today, as a credit restoration professional, Tony understands the credit challenges facing consumers'. Tony says, "It is important to not only technically train our sales force but to teach them the importance of treating our clients with patience, compassion and understanding". Tony also states, "Restoring a person's credit changes their lives in a big way. It gives them so may more options in life. I can't imagine doing anything else."

	Carolyn Grimaldi, Director of Coaching & Training Carolyn Grimaldi brings her 20 years of experience in education and 5 years of experience in personal coaching to Empire Credit Restoration. Prior to joining Empire, she ran an adult education program at LaGuardia Community College. For the past 5 years, Carolyn has focused on personal development training and coaching. She is a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC) and an Accredited Energy Leadership Coach. At Empire Credit Restoration, Carolyn directs their Credit Education and Debt Management Coaching program, and is thrilled to be able to empower people in the area of personal finances.

	Garth Sandiford, Certified Empowerment Coach Garth is a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves on the board of The Counseling Centers for Human Development.
